With over 25 years experience Kristy has learned the in’s and out’s of the Automotive Repair Industry. She has an innate ability to connect with her clients and speak to them at their level. She is compassionate with her guests as it is often stressful/emotional when someones vehicle has broken down. She’s a mother of twins and like other great moms she has been promoted to grandma as well!!! Kristy loves her job and can’t see herself retiring EVER according to her. Kristy is a fantastic employee and we feel very lucky to have her as a part of our team!!
Joseph Robles, Service Advisor
With over ten years practical experience Joe has accumulated an immense amount of knowledge in the automotive industry. He is also an ASE Certified Technician as well as an ASE Certified Service Advisor. Joe believes in building a relationship with his clients and helping them make good car repair buying decisions. He is a family man with a beautiful wife of 10 years who has given him a daughter and two sons. During his free time Joe enjoys playing baseball with his sons and practicing gymnastics with his daughter.
Bob Cornwall, General Manager
With over 20 years in the automotive industry, Bob has learned a lot to help you make decisions in repairing your vehicle . Bob is ASE certified as a service adviser and has been running automotive repair garages for over 5 years. He has taught classes to empower women and to help them understand what is going on with their vehicles when there is a problem. He also runs merit badge sessions for the Boy Scouts so they can earn their automotive merit badge.Bob is very friendly and regularly attends church. Outside of work, Bob enjoys watching and playing sports, going to movies and concerts, and just hanging out with family and friends. He has 3 children and has lived in Thousand Oaks, Washington State, Corona, and currently has called Orange his home for the last year.
